I read on news that "Morakot" means green precious stones in Thai or the country which gave the name. And I agreed w/ it at first. Cuz we're running out of water before, and the typhoon sure brought abundant rainfall which solved the problem in time.
However, that's not good for ppl who live in the southern Taiwan.
The typhoon devastated that area, and even tho it's been a week, the situation's not getting much better. Lots of victims lost not only homes but family n even their lives. And there're 4 ppl sacrificed while trying to help.
As for myself, except for bursting into tears whenever seeing the news, I haven't done anything for 'em. Sorry...
