airbnb***

I'm still struggling to get my money back...

This is what happened:
One of my booking was cancellation by the host, and airbnb informed me of 2 options--

To assist you in finding a new place, we have credited 27€ to your Airbnb account and given you up to an extra 38€ for your new booking in the event that you end up spending more than the original amount. This credit will be automatically applied when you book a new reservation that is eligible. If you do not spend more than the original amount, you will be refunded the difference and the additional credit will expire.
Alternatively, if you would like a full refund please visit upcoming trips and click 'request refund'. Refunds take 3 to 5 business days to process.

So, I found another available listing and now it's all confirmed. However, my card was charged the entire amount of the new booking! Where the heck are 27€ (my original payment) and 38€???

HOPEFULLY, airbnb WILL NOT DISAPPOINT ME EVER SINCE!!

And I knida regret not sticking to hotels or hostels...

*got one of the refunds today, after the last service staff figured out what's going on. (13.05)

**finally received the other refund, and now I doubt this bank's credit; thanx, Nathalie at airbnb customer sevice. (22.05)
