Really

Some people recollect their past and call it "good old times", the situation occurred to me precisely the other day, while browsing a website dedicated to male models only.

Instead of introducing the latest hot faces on demand, male models there were more like my personal fave list many years ago, yet I checked those names with joy, since my taste for models has changed once again.

Of course, good looks is definitely the top priority, but I often get disappointed after finding out what these beautiful people do in private. As a result, this and this should totally be shortened.

And I miss Shaun De Wet, Julien Hedquist, Karl Lindman, Marios Lekkas, Veenerick Vos...

Finally, it remains to be a question, why can't male models earn as much as female ones?

Mine: Aperitif (champagne?) - Bread (a German little round one with sunflower seeds & a small croissant) - Seafood Mixed Vegetable Salad (liked the sauce) - Truffle and Seafood Bisque (plus a bowl of steamed egg) - Wang Steak (North America's, the meat was rather soft and I liked it) - Side Vegetable Dishes - Plum Sweet Juice - Fruits (grapes, slices of pineapples & melons) - Chocolate Fudge Cake with Assorted Fillings (including bananas, cheese and nuts) - Creme Brulee Milk Tea (<333).

Mom: blah - Bread (forgot to mention there were butter & foie gras) - Tender Duck Breast and Seafood Seasoned with Truffle Oil (asparagus...) - Seafood Consomme with Pastry - Wang Steak (New Zealand's, which "had a bone") - blah blah - French Burnt Creme - Iced Apple Vinegar.

My brother: blah blah blah - French King Oyster Mushroom (along with an unknown sauce and mustard, yet we still preferred it to be warm) - Corn Soup in Bread Container - Crusty Grilled Tenderloin Seasoned with Rose Salt (even tougher and unexpectedly raw) - ... - Chocolate Lava - Iced Latte.

In addition, they offered a cream chocolate cake and a picture frame to our B-Day boy. And I was quite fond of their service, especially the dressing room, it's more like an airline company than the one I flew with last time.

This Is Where I Leave You

I LOVE this novel, it's sooooo funny, especially those dialogues!

The story reminds me of another bestseller, The Memory Keeper's Daughter. Both of the wives have difficulty dealing with losing their first child, so they turn to other men and blame their husbands for not sharing the same feeling. However, these loving hubbies are totally misjudged. Of course they care, they just try to use their own way to help.

Currently, the authour's rewriting/editing the book for movie adaptaion, and somehow I related Michael Pitt and Cory Bond to Phillip and Paul while reading it, though the former one never play a role like that and Mr. Bond might be less tough. Anyway, don't let me down.
